How to use:

If you would like a FREE 7-day trial of any of our DVDs Videos, or Software all you have to do is find the product you are looking for by using the menu on the left hand side. The products available on a 7 day trial will feature this symbol:

When you have found all the items you are looking for proceed to Check Out. Check the items in your cart and press Checkout Now. The next page will require you to fill in your details invoicing and delivery details. Press Next, this will take you through to the payment screen. You will now be able to choose your Payment Method. From the drop down menu, choose 7 day trial. This will ensure that your items are sent to you on a 7 day trial.

You should receive your order within 2 working days.

Please note that you will receive an invoice with your product(s). This should be passed to your accounts department if you choose to keep the product(s) or a copy should be included in your package if you decide to return the items.

Terms & Conditions

Terms and Conditions applicable to 7-Day FREE trial of DVDs, Videos and Software (the Product)

• The Person, Company or Organisation (the customer) who orders the product may trial the product for 7 days from the date the product is signed for at the customers address.
• If for any reason the customer is not satisfied with the product then the customer may return the product to Safety Media Ltd by posting the product, recorded delivery within the 7 day trial period and the Safety Media Ltd invoice to the customer that is enclosed with the product will be credited.
• It is the customer's responsibility to pay for the return posting and packaging costs of the returned product. The product should be sent via a secure method such as a courier or Royal Mail recorded or special delivery. Please keep documented proof of postage as this will be required should the item be lost in transit.
• In the event of the customer not returning the product within the 7 day free trial period referred to in 1&2 then the customer will be deemed to have accepted the product and accepted the Safety Media Ltd invoice as valid and the customer will be liable for the payment of Safety Media Ltd's invoice immediately.
