Terms and conditions for Video on Demand

If ordering the Video on Demand format please be aware of the following processes:

Video on Demand orders can only be accepted by using a valid credit card.

Your online account will be accessible within 1 hour of ordering. After 4pm your account will be created before 10am the next working day.

You will receive a username and password which is unique to your company along with the link to the Video on Demand website.

This username and password can be shared amongst your employees for the duration of the licence.

There are 600 viewings available during your licence period.

At the end of the year access, your login will expire. To unlock the access, please place a new order or call 0845 345 1703.

You can order more courses throughout the duration of your licence. These will be added to your current account so you will only have one username and password.

The videos require Flash player to view and also contain Audio so speakers are recommended. To download the latest version of flash please click here
