The team has five people:
Chris Chappell – Operations Manager
At the head of the support and implementation team is Chris Chappell who has been with the company for a number of years.
James Foulkes – Customer Support Manager
The most experienced member of the implementation / support team, James can be found both in our head office and at our clients premises.
Ceri Stokes – Customer Support Manager
Ceri is our dedicated office based implementation officer running web based seminars as well as phone led problem solving activities.
Dave Groom – Technical Support Analyst
Dave is the most technical member of the support team and will make sure your systems are kept up to date and implement any new releases as appropriate.
Andy Elder – Customer Account Manager
Andy is responsible for making sure our current customers are kept up to date with all latest developments from Safety Media.
What assistance do we provide?
We have a dedicated team on hand to provide operational and technical support for all of Safety Media’s software based training solutions. A dedicated support line - 0871 222 1956 and email is available for your convenience during office hours.
The team has a commitment to respond and resolve issues in line with our contractual obligations, often going above and beyond customer expectations.
Our e-Learning Enterprise and E-Fit clients receive pro-active support and consultation from their own dedicated Support Manager on a quarterly basis. This ensures communication is continuous, feedback is acted upon and future enhancements of the software reflect our customer needs and thereby clients receive on-going return on their investment.
Additional services, such as, site restructuring / extra training days for administrators are available to our Enterprise solution customers, upon request. Please contact your dedicated Support Manager for further information and prices.
