HSE investigates printing press accident
October 10, 2008

The Health and Safety Executive (HSE) is launching an investigation into an accident in which a man was crushed in machinery, a source reveals.
Ian Ebbs died after becoming caught in a printing press at the St Ives Web magazine publishing plant, Peterborough Today reports.
At the time, he was working on the nightshift at the site and became trapped at 22:45 BST.
He was released by colleagues several minutes later but suffered internal injuries and died in hospital.
According to the news provider, Mr Ebbs has been survived by his wife and two children.
His father-in-law, Derek Ball says: "All Ian did was go to work to earn money for his family, and now he is not coming home.
"A tragedy like this should never have to happen to anyone," he adds.
St Ives Web's spokesperson tells the source the firm will not make a statement on the accident until the HSE's investigation has been completed.
The company produces printed products including magazines, catalogues and specialist publications.
