Health and Safety Exec investigates warehouse death

Health and Safety Executive (HSE) inspectors are launching an investigation into a death at a warehouse earlier this morning, a source reveals.
The accident occurred at a site in Doncaster at 04.30 BST, South Yorkshire newspaper the Star reports.
HSE employees are making enquiries at the warehouse, which belongs to DHL Logistics, to ascertain the details of the case.
An emergency call was placed after a man became trapped under pallets at the site, although paramedics succeeded in freeing him, the newspaper states.
The call was also responded to by fire and rescue vehicles but the man was removed before they could arrive on the scene.
According to the news provider, the man was in his sixties and was taken to hospital where he died from his injuries.
This has been confirmed by a police spokesperson.
In related warehouse accident news, NYK Logistics has been fined £20,000 after a woman was crushed beneath a reversing forklift truck.
Her leg was amputated below the knee.
