Here is an overview of Terms & Conditions of business from Safety Media Ltd. All customers must agree to these terms before completing a purchase via our online store.
Carriage (Post and Packaging): All prices exclude VAT (except booklets which are exempt of VAT). All orders placed in mainland UK are subject to a £7.50 post and packing charge. Any orders received from highlands and islands or outside of mainland UK are subject to a post and packaging charge according to weight.
Returns: To return a DVD product to Safety Media Limited, you must first login to the resource centre at http://resource.safetymedia.co.uk , your login details can be found on your invoice. Within the resource centre complete the Returns Authorisation Form, (RAF) within 7 days of receipt of your goods. Once completed a Returns Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number will be issued. Please note any items returned without an RMA number will not be accepted. If products are not returned to Safety Media Limited via the Safety Media Resource Centre within 10 days of receipt, the customer will be considered to have accepted the product and the Safety Media Limited invoice is liable for payment.
Non-UK Residents: If you would like to place an order from outside of the UK, please email sales@safetymedia.co.uk or fax your purchase order to +44 (1745) 536195. A member of the Sales Team will contact you once the order has been received to confirm your delivery cost. A pro-forma invoice will be raised and must be paid in full before your goods are despatched.
Prices: These are quoted at the date of despatch and may be subject to market fluctuation.
VAT: All prices are subject to value added tax at standard rate excluding booklets.
Claims: Claims for damage or short deliveries must be made within three working days of receipt of goods.
Property and Risk: Risk on all goods shall pass to the buyer on delivery. Property of goods shall not pass to the buyer until the invoice has been paid in full.
Set-off: The purchaser has no right of set-off and all invoices must be paid in full.
Delivery: Next day delivery is not guaranteed to all parts of the UK. Additional charges may be incurred outside the UK. Delivery times may vary for non-stock products.
