Terms & Conditions of Vouchers

If you have a voucher from Safety Media you will find a box on the shopping cart page of the website where you can enter your discount code.

Basic Voucher Code Requirements

There are a few important things to remember:

  1. If there is no voucher code box available then there are probably no relevant promotions on at the moment. If you have a code that you feel should be applicable please contact us for clarification - 0845 345 1703.
  2. You must enter the code exactly as it has been received - using numbers, letter cases etc as an exact match. If the code is still not accepted please ensure your basket meets all relevant requirements as stipulated below.
  3. Ensure the code is valid and in date. If you received the code on a marketing
    email or other written promotion the expiry date should have been included.
    If the code was given to you over the phone or by a colleague please contact
    them to clarify expiry dates.
  4. Please note - If your shopping basket contains any e-Learning Licences or Bespoke DVD products your voucher code will not be accepted. Please remove these items to use your code and process the orders separately.
  5. Most voucher codes apply to a specific product purchase, please ensure the product to which your voucher applies is included in your basket.
  6. Free P&P discounts may not be clearly visible in your basket until you enter the checkout area - if you get a green "Code appplied" verification then click proceed to checkout where your voucher will be visibly applied.
  7. Always apply the voucher code as the last step before entering the checkout stage. If you have continued to shop after applying the code you may need to apply the code again.
  8. Most codes can be used on multiple occassions unless otherwise stated, until the expiry date as stated. If a code is only valid for one purchase it will be applied at payment stage.
